I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and modern, with a lovely mix of new and old elements. The restoration job on the old building was impressive. The bed was big and very comfortable, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options, both sweet and savory.

Located in the top of the town, this hotel is easily accessible from the main roads, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas. The city center is just a short walk away, offering plenty of options for bars and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, with extremely comfortable beds and a great view. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making for a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection is good and the pool is a nice addition for relaxation.
The hotel lacks proper signage, making it difficult to find and causing frustration for guests.

The building and interior design are superb. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Beautiful outdoor pool. Lovely oasis once gardens are finished. Easy to organize day trips in Douro valley.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel on the outskirts of the city and I was impressed by its location. It is situated at the top of the town, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Despite its elevated position, it is still within walking distance of the city center, where you can find a variety of bars and restaurants to enjoy.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.
